Hand harvested olives, A blend of Sourani & Baladi varieties from tress which are more than 70 years old, grown in the sun & soil on the slopes of Al Haush estate. Al Haush olive groves are the only groves in Central Bekaa planted by the Saab grandfather, Salim, back in the mid 1940s. Our olives produce an extra virgin olive oil, characterized by its medium intesity, fruitness, almond tones & a follow-though of freshly cut grass.
